These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ve999 ("ve999," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the ve999 online gaming platform, available at ve999.one, including all casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support provided therein.

To register and maintain an account on ve999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ve999 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Upon completing registration and agreeing to these Terms, ve999 may grant you a player account subject to the satisfactory completion of any required verification steps. Account approval is at the sole discretion of ve999.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ve999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your ve999 account.

All activity conducted through your ve999 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. ve999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

ve999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. ve999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed as approved at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ve999 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered ve999 player may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes identity verification, proof of age, and payment method verification.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

The following general conditions apply to all ve999 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

All sports bets are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the ve999 platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. ve999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In the event of a match being postponed or abandoned, ve999's settlement rules for the specific sport and bet type apply. Generally, bets on incomplete events are voided unless the event is completed within the time period stated in the applicable sport rules.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to market suspension during key events. ve999 accepts no responsibility for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
• ve999 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event's outcome is known ("courtsiding"), where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market as published in the ve999 account settings. Winning limits apply per player per day as published on the platform.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the outcome displayed on the ve999 platform and the official result, the official result declared by the relevant governing body shall be determinative.

ve999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ve999 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

You may request the closure of your ve999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your PKR wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending withdrawal holds.

ve999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
